Title and Ownership
Title of the goods purchased will not pass from Byte-Wise IT Solutions to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. You are responsible for the goods if they are lost or damaged once they have been delivered. Title to, and responsibility for, each product you order passes from us to you when the product is delivered to you and payment has been made in full.
Disclaimer of liability
Our liability to you in connection with your use of the Online Store is limited as described in the conditions.

Flexirent Orders
All Flexirent Orders are subject to credit approval and typically Flexirent orders must contain no more than 30% Software or Intangibles.
