Warranty Lodgment
Many of our systems are covered under warranty by the manufacturer. In order to have your machine serviced/repaired a warrant call must be placed with the manufacturer directly. If the machine was purchased from us we will endevour to log this warranty call on your behalf if posible however please note that this is not always possible. Also note that if we are requested to diagnose and log a warranty call on your behalf you may be charged for the time in doing so as this is not covered by the warranty agreement (only the repair after the call is logged).
Once a warranty call has been placed, it will forwarded to us (for onsite repair warranty) or you may be sent a notebook packing box to send the unit away for express repair in the capitol city.
Two of the most common branded systems we sell are IBM/Lenovo and HP:
To log a call with IBM or Lenovo please call 131-426 while you are at your machine ready to diagnose the fault while placing the call.
To log a call with Hewlett-Packard please call 131-047 while you are at your machine ready to diagnose the fault over the phone.
